Cruise from St Vincent to Bequia and start with a swim off Princess Margaret Beach. Head into Port Elizabeth later and find a table ashore for the evening.

Arrive at Mustique and explore an island that has perfected being discreet. Take a jeep around the island, swim at Macaroni Beach and stop at Basil’s Bar before returning onboard.

Cruise south to Canouan for diving and snorkelling around the reef. Go ashore for lunch, play golf or stay onboard and bring out the toys.

Wake surrounded by reef and brilliant water. Swim with turtles, dive and explore by tender, then finish with a barbecue on the beach.

Stay another day because some places deserve it. Dive deeper, kite across the lagoon or find another tiny stretch of sand and make it yours for lunch.

Cruise to Salt Whistle Bay and spend the day between yacht and beach. Walk over the island, find a beach bar and let the afternoon run at Caribbean speed.

Make the short passage to Union Island and swim before breakfast. Explore ashore before finishing a week spent hopping between some of the Caribbean’s smallest islands.
